About Us

In early 2025, Central Lyon firefighters recognized the need for a dedicated nonprofit to back our local heroes. With support from donors and volunteers, the Central Lyon Fire Fighters Foundation was launched to address critical gaps in support services for our fire department and to extend assistance more broadly.

At the Central Lyon Firefighters Foundation, we believe in the power of unity, compassion, and service. Guided by our mission and vision, we are steadfast in our commitment to making a meaningful impact on the lives of firefighters, their families, and the communities we serve.

 

Our Vision: To be a beacon of hope and unwavering support, ensuring no firefighter or community member—near or far—faces hardship alone. Through compassionate aid and dedicated service, we strive to uplift lives, preserve dignity, and enhance well-being, creating a lasting impact both within and beyond the Central Lyon County Fire Protection District.

 

Our Mission: The Central Lyon Firefighters Foundation exists to support our firefighters, our fire service brothers and sisters, and anyone who demonstrates a need for assistance. Through community involvement, volunteer efforts, and fundraising, we provide meaningful assistance for health, safety, and education. With compassion and a commitment to service, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those we serve, wherever help is needed.

 

We are more than an organization; we are a lifeline for those in need. Whether it’s supporting a firefighter through challenging times, assisting a family in crisis, or uplifting a community in the face of adversity, our mission is to stand strong and serve with heart.
